Meditate & Write
In this fast-paced life, you sometimes need to take a breath,
hold it, hold it a little more and slow down. Really slow down.
And then, you write.
Don’t worry, I give you clear instructions before your pen hits the paper,
and before you know it, you are off!
In this workshop, I first give a quick introduction and some theory,
before we do a guided meditation.
Then, I nudge you into a writing exercise that will lead to some answers about slowing down in your life.
After the writing session, we read our work and discuss it within the group.
Being creative slows down your heart rate and makes you feel good about yourself. In this workshop, I teach you how to use writing to find inner peace and spark your joy for creativity. A new and exciting perspective to untangle your daily life’s challenges!
I keep the group size small for an intimate and friendly vibe.
The workshop is in English, but you can write in any language you like.
